Maintenance Reminder Disclaimer
Last Updated: August 27, 2026Important limits on EquipmentFlow maintenance schedules, due dates, reminders, alerts, and work records.
1. Convenience Feature
EquipmentFlow maintenance schedules, due dates, task lists, counters, reminders, and alerts are convenience features for administrative coordination. They do not constitute a maintenance program, inspection, diagnosis, service recommendation, or guarantee that maintenance is necessary or complete.
2. Customer Duties
Customers remain solely responsible for inspection schedules, maintenance schedules, repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, manufacturer recommendations, parts, qualified technicians, legal records, and decisions about whether equipment may be used. Customers must independently verify meter readings, intervals, due dates, time zones, completion status, and return-to-service conditions.
3. Notifications Are Not Guaranteed
Reminders, emails, push notifications, SMS messages if added later, and alerts may be delayed, interrupted, filtered, misconfigured, or fail to deliver because of network, device, email provider, user, integration, or system conditions. Customers must never rely solely on EquipmentFlow notifications and must maintain independent controls for safety-critical or legally required maintenance.
4. Completion Records
Marking a task complete records a user action; it does not prove that work was performed correctly, by a qualified person, with required parts, or according to a manufacturer or legal requirement. The Customer is responsible for verifying work and preserving any required evidence.
