EquipmentFlow may offer AI-assisted features that generate recommendations, summaries, predictions, repair trends, maintenance forecasts, cost analyses, replacement suggestions, classifications, or reports from Customer Data or user prompts. This document supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Informational Output Only
AI output is probabilistic, informational, and provided for workflow assistance only. It is not engineering advice, accounting advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, regulatory advice, medical advice, or safety advice. AI output does not inspect equipment, determine whether a vehicle is roadworthy, certify compliance, diagnose a hazard, authorize operation, or replace a qualified professional.
3. Human Review Required
The Customer must have a qualified human review every AI output before relying on it, communicating it, approving work, operating equipment, scheduling maintenance, making a purchase, filing a report, or taking action affecting safety, compliance, personnel, finances, or legal rights. Users remain responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and suitability of submitted information.
4. Accuracy and Availability
AI output may be incomplete, stale, biased, incorrect, unavailable, or inconsistent with Customer Data. EquipmentFlow does not warrant that AI recommendations will always be correct, that a report will be accurate, or that an AI feature will be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every workflow.
5. Customer Data and Restricted Inputs
Customers must not submit information to an AI feature unless they are authorized to do so and have provided required notices. Customers must evaluate whether a prompt contains sensitive personal, confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or safety-critical information. AI processing is subject to the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.
6. Risk Allocation
The Customer assumes responsibility for decisions based on AI output and agrees that no AI feature transfers any duty of inspection, maintenance, supervision, training, compliance, or professional judgment to EquipmentFlow. The warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply fully to AI features.
