EquipmentFlow and Clerk use session and authentication technologies to maintain sign-in state, validate sessions, support invitation and account flows, enforce company access, and protect against unauthorized use. Disabling these technologies may prevent login or core workflows from operating. EquipmentFlow does not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Security and Abuse Prevention Technologies

We may use tokens, rate-limit signals, device characteristics, and related technologies to detect fraud, prevent cross-site request forgery, protect APIs, investigate account compromise, and keep company data isolated. These technologies are necessary for security and are not used to create advertising profiles.

4. Preference and Operational Technologies

Preference technologies may remember display settings, navigation state, dismissed notices, and other choices. Operational telemetry may record performance, errors, and feature usage in a limited way so EquipmentFlow can diagnose failures and improve reliability. We do not promise that every browser or device will support every preference.

Clerk: authentication and identity session management;
EquipmentFlow infrastructure: technologies necessary to route, secure, and serve requests.

Third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. EquipmentFlow does not control technologies placed by third-party services.

6. Your Choices

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through browser or device settings. Blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in, agreement acceptance, secure use, or supported offline workflows. Clearing storage may remove preferences or unsynchronized local information. Where consent is legally required for a non-essential technology, EquipmentFlow will request it through the applicable notice or control.

7. Retention and Changes

Session technologies generally expire when a session ends or after the applicable security period. Longer-lived preferences remain until deleted, expire, or are replaced. We may revise this policy as technologies change and will update its version and change summary.
