Fleet Inspection Disclaimer

1. Fleet Workflow Scope

EquipmentFlow provides administrative workflows for recording fleet inspection templates, vehicle and trailer information, inspection findings, assignments, statuses, photos, and follow-up work. It does not physically inspect, test, maintain, repair, certify, or authorize any vehicle or trailer.

2. No Roadworthiness or Compliance Certification

Completing, approving, or storing a fleet inspection does not establish that a vehicle is roadworthy, mechanically sound, safe to operate, properly registered, properly maintained, or compliant with DOT, OSHA, ANSI, MSHA, environmental, local, state, federal, or international requirements. The Customer and its qualified personnel must make all return-to-service and operation decisions.

3. Customer and Driver Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for qualified inspectors, required inspection frequency, pre-trip and post-trip procedures, defect escalation, repairs, maintenance, records required by law, driver training, vehicle immobilization, and verification that information is current and accurate. A status displayed in EquipmentFlow is not an authorization to operate a vehicle.

4. Notifications and Records

Fleet reminders and alerts are convenience features and may be delayed, filtered, interrupted, or fail. Audit logs assist recordkeeping but are not the exclusive or definitive legal record. Users must retain any records required by applicable law and independently verify critical conditions.
